Challenge
A pharmaceutical and food supplement business group defined a new business opportunity they wanted to implement by creating a new company.
This new company had to ensure its viability and sustainability, check the suitability of its value proposition, and determine the correct definition of the products and services to be developed.
Solution
In close collaboration with the team of the company and the parent group, we jointly studied the opportunities for cooperation with the group, the business opportunities, the peculiarities of the parent company and the synergies with the other companies of the holding company.
We describe the marketing mix, emphasising the definition of the product (in this case, a service), the study of the competition and the potential degree of acceptance by future customers.
We plan the financial needs to ensure the project’s viability in the medium term, defining in great detail the short-term implementation to avoid cash flow tensions and minimise the necessary investment.
