Solution
Se diseñó un plan estratégico integral que fomentó el rol clave de la oficina de transferencia tecnológica para facilitar el scouting empresarial y simplificar procesos. Se propusieron soluciones específicas para investigadores y estudiantes, orientadas a la captación de talento, la creación de spin-offs y el emprendimiento social. Además, se recomendó la implementación de Living Labs para validar innovaciones y la creación de repositorios centralizados para visibilizar los avances tecnológicos y mejorar la comunicación interna.
Result
The strategic plan provided a clear roadmap to strengthen knowledge transfer and entrepreneurship. Talent acquisition models, spin-off creation, and Living Lab implementation proposals were defined.
