Challenge
A university has developed a new technology associated with producing probiotic products with gelling agents that allow the development of healthier products for different indications.

A roadmap was drawn up with a minimum viable product and a proof of concept with the involvement of the partners contacted.
Result
The research group internalised the skills and methodology to move from science to market.
The involvement of companies in publicly funded pilots was achieved. These companies will be the first future customers.
