The research team developed a halophilic bacterial technology capable of transforming agricultural residues into high-value bioproducts. Arvor conducted an in-depth market analysis of bioproduct opportunities, identifying the most promising sectors — bioplastics, biolubricants, and agricultural additives. A technology transfer roadmap, a viable business model, and a positioning strategy were defined to transform a scientific innovation into an attractive and sustainable industrial proposal.

Thanks to the designed strategy, the research team now has a clear development and transfer plan that links their innovation to industry.
