Challenge
A start-up developed, validated, and patented a cell screening system with several advantages over traditional systems.
It wanted to project itself to offer services to the pharmaceutical industry associated with Drug Discovery projects where the new technology would fit in.
Solution
We studied scientific development in detail, understanding the differential points and building a commercial discourse aligned to the product and company.
We developed a commercial plan that included a market study, identification of potential customers (globally), and actions for promotion, such as congresses, inbound marketing, or publication of papers.
We implemented the roadmap and ensured its optimal implementation.
Result
- With a presence in critical congresses, the company gained sectorial and international recognition and sustained increased interactions through networks and negotiations with the first potential clients.
