Solution
We studied the technology developed by the company to define all the activities to be outsourced and carried out for the development of a new antimicrobial candidate.
We adapted to the available budget based on the financing rounds obtained by the company and the commitments acquired by the investors.
We proposed different international CRO specialists in each field, including options in the UK, Germany, Ukraine and China, looking for the optimal compromise between budget and reliability.
