Promoting green hydrogen technology transfer with eLEAF
We accelerate the adoption of key technologies for the energy transition, turning a scientific breakthrough into a real industrial opportunity.
Challenge
Eurecat faced a strategic challenge: how to position its printed membrane technology in a green hydrogen market dominated by global players, traditional materials, and high scaling costs. The challenge was not only technical but also commercial and communicative. Arvor had to turn this innovation into an attractive proposal for potential industrial partners, designing a convincing narrative, a roadmap validated with stakeholders, and a transfer strategy to ensure impact and credibility in a highly demanding sector.
Solution
Arvor’s solution focused on bridging science and the market. Based on an in-depth diagnosis of the PEM electrolyzer ecosystem, we structured a KPI framework agreed with experts, analyzed possible business models—from licensing to manufacturing agreements—and identified strategic partners in Europe and the US. At the same time, we developed early communication materials (one-pagers) to generate interest at trade fairs and industrial meetings, helping Eurecat’s innovation to be presented as a viable and attractive option in the green hydrogen market.
Result
As a result of the project, Eurecat now has a roadmap connecting its innovation with the market: KPIs validated by industry, potential partners aligned with its strategy, and a communication package adapted to different decision-making profiles. Arvor’s support transformed a technological breakthrough into an attractive industrial proposal, reducing entry barriers and facilitating the first steps toward transfer agreements and validation in real environments.

“We supported the transfer of a printed membrane technology, bridging science, industry and communication to position it in the competitive green hydrogen market.”
