Launch of a new operational and logistic delegation for food products.
Challenge
A German company felt the need to expand its local business of convenience food products to a European level.
Faced with this need, they analysed the Spanish market and saw the possibility of creating a delegation to provide logistical and commercial support.
Solution
Solution We designed the internal management model at an organisational level and the external management model at a customer and supplier level.
We defined the local operational flows in Spain and the supply chain.
We set up the delegation and monitored the internal and external tasks to ensure the correct execution of the processes and the transmission of all the company’s value to its customers and suppliers.
