The intellectual property landscape was assessed, and a positioning strategy was defined based on protectable processes, industrial partnerships, and validation in waste-to-hydrogen projects.
Resultat
The project identified a largely untapped strategic space between regeneration and recycling, positioning catalyst re-manufacturing as a new industrial opportunity. Priority partnerships and a process-based protection strategy were defined, laying the foundations for technology transfer within the waste-to-hydrogen ecosystem.
